Warm Air Heating for Industrial and Commercial Premises

Ambirad Unit HeaterWarm air systems are generally available in two categories, cabinet heaters which sit on the floor and unit heaters which are mounted in the air. Both types of appliance can be Natural Gas, LPG or Oil Fired and are available in a wide range of outputs. There are various product ranges within the two categories, i.e. room sealed units, fuel economy units, vertical cabinets, horizontal cabinets, to name a few, each having there own particular application all of which warm the premises by blowing warm air around either free blowing or through ductwork.

Ambirad Cabinet HeaterWarm air units generally have a very simple method of operation, they work only when either the time switch or frost thermostat is on. When either of these conditions is satisfied and the room thermostat is calling for heat the operational sequence will commence. When the flame is established and the heat exchanger has reached the required temperature the main fan unit will switch on blowing the heated air either through free blowing heads or into ductwork. The heater will continue to operate until either the room thermostat time switch or frost thermostat switches to the off position, at which point the burner will shut down, the heater will commence another cycle when the control devices again call for heat output.

This type of heating is particularly effective in industrial and commercial warehouse and distribution depots, some retail outlets and factory units.
